Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that support organizational goals. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and facilitate the implementation of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and business process documentation is an advantage.
