Plant Supervisor

The Plant Supervisor supports the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the assigned branch; planning and achieving budgetary and production targets efficiently; coordinating and controlling plant processes covering production, maintenance and repairs of machine and receiving and upkeep of good quality materials.
This hands-on position is liable for attaining operational objectives by overseeing the daily production schedules; minimizing and removing wastes while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations.

The Plant Supervisor plays an integral part in the Main Plant procedures, special projects, organizing and supervising the general production workflow to assure cost efficient and good quality products are delivered and the compliance with consumer specifications and demand are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical ) or related field
- Licensed Engineer
- At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or plant operations
- At least 2 years experience in supervisory role
- Expertise in production processes and workflows, quality control ( standards and inspections ), maintenance is a must
- Knowledge in safety standards and compliance ( OSHA or local equivalents )
- Must be a resident of Dagupan City or nearby towns and municipalities.
