The B2B Sales Associate will be a key driver in expanding the HBC Beauty Business System's distribution network across the Philippines. This role focuses on the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of qualified distributors and business partners who will carry and promote HBC's product lines.

- Manage the official social media accounts of HBC Beauty Business System on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries regarding the distributor program, products, and business opportunities.
- Represent HBC professionally in all business dealings and uphold brand standards and values across all platforms.
- Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Wholesale Sales Manager or management from time to time.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor recruitment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Comfortable conducting presentations to individuals and groups.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and social media platforms.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of hitting targets.
- Prior experience in direct selling, network marketing, or the MLM industry.
- Knowledge of distributor recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Understanding of compensation plan structures in direct selling.
- Strong networking capability and an existing professional community.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid ID and willingness to undergo background screening.

Candidates with prior experience working as a distributor, recruiter, team leader, or sales representative within the direct selling industry are strongly preferred. Familiarity with the recruitment and business-building culture within the companies listed below will give candidates a significant competitive edge.
Direct Report To: Wholesale Sales Manager
The B2B Sales Associate reports directly to the Wholesale Sales Manager and works closely with the sales and operations teams to meet company recruitment and revenue objectives.
