We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to manage and support a group of agents in achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate has sales leadership experience and is willing to grow in a fast-paced BPO environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of call center agents on a daily basis
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies
  • Conduct coaching, huddles, and basic performance feedback
  • Assist agents in handling escalations and customer concerns
  • Prepare simple reports and updates for management
  • Ensure team meets quality, productivity, and attendance targets

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 months Team Leader experience in a sales account
  • BPO / Call Center experience is required
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Open to learning and growth
  • Minimum high school qualification required
