Own and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and conversion tracking.
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and ROI.
Influencer & Affiliate Management
Build, manage, and scale influencer and affiliate programs targeting B2B audiences (entrepreneurs, agency owners, HR leaders, founders).Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain partners aligned with Remote Employee's brand and service offerings.
Track performance, manage payouts, and optimize partnerships based on ROI.
Partner CommunicationsDevelop and manage marketing communications with strategic partners, affiliates, and resellers.
Develop co-branded content, announcements, email campaigns, and enablement of materials.
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Remote Employee's value proposition.
Referral Program ManagementDesign and manage referral programs for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Manage development of messaging, landing pages, and workflows that encourage high-quality referrals.
Monitor referral performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Local SEO & Organic Growth
Execute local SEO strategies across key markets, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and localized landing pages.Perform technical SEO optimizations and collaborate with content teams to improve rankings, visibility, and inbound lead flow.
Track performance using SEO and analytics tools and report on growth.
Outbound Marketing ManagementPlan and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Work with sales and SDR teams to align messaging, targeting, and follow-up workflows.
Optimize outbound sequences to improve response rates and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services.
Proven experience managing paid media, partnerships, and growth marketing initiatives.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking.
Experience with influencer, affiliate, or referral program management.
Ability to implement tactical SEO optimizations for local and national campaigns.
Experience with outbound tools and platforms (email marketing, CRM, LinkedIn outreach).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Asana/Jira/Wrike, Google Ads platform, and others.
