About the Role: A leading global financial services firm is hiring experienced Transaction Specialists to join its operations team based in Cebu IT Park. This is a non-voice, back-office role ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in high-volume data processing or financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial and operations-related transactions with high accuracy
• Verify data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and improve service levels

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in transaction processing, back-office, or a non-voice BPO role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
