Construction Manager -for Pooling

Design & Build Rehabilitation Project

Minimum Professional Experience:

• At least 15 years total professional experience
• At least 10 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities for major industrial or rehabilitation projects
• Manage brownfield construction sequencing within operational facilities and constrained environments
• Coordinate multiple work fronts, subcontractors, logistics, and site resources to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Oversee project implementation in compliance with approved drawings, schedules, method statements, and safety standards
• Drive construction planning, progress tracking, cost control, and schedule monitoring using project management tools
• Ensure strong coordination with design, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and client teams
• Lead site execution strategies to minimize operational disruption while maintaining productivity

Required Experience:

• Managed large-scale projects in operational industrial plants or brownfield environments
• Strong experience coordinating multiple work fronts under live operational systems
• Extensive construction management and execution background
• Proven subcontractor management and site logistics leadership
• Industrial rehabilitation / retrofit / design-build project experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer preferred
• Extensive background in construction management and execution techniques
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) preferred
• Proficient in MS Project, S-Curve, and detailed cost estimate preparation
