QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
With or without license
With COSH/SO2 ( is an advantage but not required)
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools
Ability to clearly communicate with client, project teams, and management.
Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong Area

RESPONSIBILITY:

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Monitor site progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to address site issues and resolve conflicts.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, documentation, and quality control checklist.
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Support project managers in contract administration, including reviewing change orders and variations.
