QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- With or without license
- With COSH/SO2 ( is an advantage but not required)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools
- Ability to clearly communicate with client, project teams, and management.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong Area
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to address site issues and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, documentation, and quality control checklist.
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Support project managers in contract administration, including reviewing change orders and variations.
