About the role

What you'll be doing

Rotating through different departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of store operations
Assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
Participating in training programs to build your managerial and leadership skills
Collaborating with the store manager and team to identify and implement operational improvements
Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators and store objectives
