QUALITY CONTROL STAFF

They support the production team by identifying defects, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on materials and finished products.
• Record and analyze test results using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
• Quality Management
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
• Industrial Technology
• Food Science (for food industry)
• Pharmacy (for pharmaceutical QC)
• Or any relevant technical field

Skills:

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and tools (e.g., AQL, SPC, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QC software (if applicable).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• Entry-level roles may require 0–2 years of experience.
• Mid-level roles may require 2–5 years of relevant QC or QA experience.
