Marketing Officer (Food and Beverage)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support brand growth and drive customer engagement across our food and beverage concepts. This role will handle campaign execution, social media management, and in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking)
• Coordinate with operations teams for in-store marketing initiatives and events
• Assist in developing marketing materials (digital and print) aligned with brand standards
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights
• Track and report campaign performance and ROI
• Support partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagements
• Ensure consistency of branding across all channels and touchpoints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Creative mindset with good design and copywriting skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
