Job Description:

  1. Loan Application Processing:
  • Review and verify loan applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
  1. Document Verification:
  • Check the authenticity and validity of supporting documents, such as income statements, employment records, and property documents.
  1. Compliance and Guidelines:
  • Adhere to Pag-IBIG regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the loan processing cycle.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Assist clients with their loan application inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  1. Loan Package Preparation:
  • Prepare and submit complete loan packages to the designated loan underwriter, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, documents, and client interactions.
  1. Follow-up:
  • Track loan applications and ensure timely processing, following up with clients or relevant parties as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a more formal education, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, can be advantageous.
  1. Experience:
  • Preferably with experience in Pag-ibig loan processing application for clients for a real estate developer.
  1. Skills:
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness are crucial for document verification and loan application processing.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and databases for loan processing and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of Lending: Familiarity with lending principles, processes, and relevant regulations.
