Job Description:
- Loan Application Processing:
- Review and verify loan applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Document Verification:
- Check the authenticity and validity of supporting documents, such as income statements, employment records, and property documents.
- Compliance and Guidelines:
- Adhere to Pag-IBIG regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the loan processing cycle.
- Client Communication:
- Assist clients with their loan application inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Loan Package Preparation:
- Prepare and submit complete loan packages to the designated loan underwriter, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, documents, and client interactions.
- Follow-up:
- Track loan applications and ensure timely processing, following up with clients or relevant parties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a more formal education, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, can be advantageous.
- Experience:
- Preferably with experience in Pag-ibig loan processing application for clients for a real estate developer.
- Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness are crucial for document verification and loan application processing.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and databases for loan processing and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of Lending: Familiarity with lending principles, processes, and relevant regulations.
