Interior Designer

Job Description:

• Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project
• Have a good coordination skill
• Sketch proposed design plans, including detailed layouts, furniture, fabric and any related aspects
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied
• Maintain and monitor all the assigned project/s.
• Any related tasks that maybe assigned to him/her.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE or any related field.
• Creative and can easily grasp concepts.
• With great skills in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Sketch-up and Lumion rendering is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solution.
• Have the ability to multitask.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
• Willing to render Overtime.
