Part-Time Content Producer (Video & Social Media)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Content Producer (Video & Social Media) to support an Australian digital brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw video footage into engaging content and managing content across multiple social media platforms.

You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to ensure a consistent publishing schedule while creating high-quality video content that drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for various digital platforms.
• Produce content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Repurpose podcasts, interviews, webinars, and product updates into engaging social media content.
• Create multiple video variations, hooks, and promotional clips.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.

• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Upload videos to YouTube and other channels with optimized titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
• Write or refine captions and hashtags.
• Maintain the content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Organize and manage digital content libraries and assets.

• Apply platform-specific editing styles and best practices.
• Create multiple creative variations for organic and paid social campaigns.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to improve content quality.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Producer, Digital Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent video editing software.
• Experience using Canva for basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content optimisation.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflow.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

• Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or creator content.
• Experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising creatives.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimisation.
• Previous experience working with Australian or international clients.

• Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
