Cashier

About the role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Accurately process customer purchases, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system
3. Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
4. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
5. Restock and maintain inventory levels at the checkout area
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures

1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role
2. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
6. High school graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
