Experience Required: At least 2 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related course
• With at least 2 years experience in construction / office engineering works
• Knowledge in concreting and construction documentation
• Can read plans, drawings, and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and AutoCAD
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good in coordination
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accomplishment reports
• Prepare billing statements, progress claims, and quantity summaries
• Prepare material requests, purchase requests, and concrete schedules
• Monitor project documents, drawings, and revisions
• Prepare and submit RFIs, inspection requests, transmittals, and other reports
• Maintain concrete pouring records and material usage logs
• Prepare minutes of meetings and internal correspondence
• Encode and organize project files and records
