Role: Utilization Review Coordinator

Ortigas | Night Shift | Full-time

Visaya KPO is looking for a detail-oriented Utilization Review Coordinator/Medical Management Resolution Specialist to join our growing healthcare team!

What you’ll do:

Review and resolve disputed medical claims

Verify and input case details for nurse review

Collaborate with providers, coders, and payers

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards & policies

Qualifications:

College level education

2+ years experience in medical management resolution or utilization admin work

US Medical Coding experience (certified or non-certified) preferred

Strong knowledge of coding systems & healthcare terminology

Amenable to Ortigas onsite, night shift
