Job Description

• Organizes item orders of different account.
• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.
• Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time; ordering carriers.
• Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Replaces damaged items, shortages, and misshipments by determining optimal response of replacement or credit.
• Protects organization reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.
• Coordinate to immediate supervisor all concern and problem encountered.
• Receive shipment on accurate record
• Assists in receiving stock and unstock items for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct.
• Cleans warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders fro transport.
• Participates in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
• Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing warehousing operations, all over incharge.
• Prepares orders by pulling from stocks for the puspose of meeting delivery requirements.
• Transports a variety of items (e.g. records/files, supplies, equipment materials, bank deposits, mails, checks, etc.) for the purpose of receiving and/or delivering materials on both scheduled and unscheduled pick up and delivery routes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Atleast 6 months - 1 yr working experience as warehouseman
• Knowledgeable in construction warehousing is an advantage
• Can keep track of Inventory with proper documentation maintain housekeeping or warehouse area.
• Must be willing to work with stay in set-up
• CAN START ASAP
