Online Sales Associate

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service across digital platforms. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with purchases, and supporting end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via chat, email, phone, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook) to assist with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
• Provide accurate and detailed product information, addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Actively promote products and apply sales techniques to increase conversions and achieve sales targets
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives
• Process and manage online orders, including payment verification and shipping details
• Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, and accounting teams to ensure smooth and timely order delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across online platforms
• Monitor and respond to customer messages, inquiries, and reviews
• Use CRM or tracking systems to manage customer data, monitor interactions, and build long-term relationships
• Implement follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases and customer retention
