Industrial Engineer (Demand Planner)

Lead and manage the demand planning and replenishment processes to align with the company's strategic goals and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive inventory planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and logistics to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand accuracy, inventory turnover, and service level targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the demand and replenishment processes while developing strategies to improve overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
