Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related course
With at least 1–2 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, or related audit functions
Knowledgeable in audit procedures, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation
Familiar with financial records review, inventory audit, and operational audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process improvements
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
Good communication skills for coordination with different departments
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Organized and capable of managing multiple audit assignments
Willing to conduct fieldwork and operational audits when required
Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned at MIDC Industrial Park, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Job Description
Conduct internal audits to evaluate company processes, policies, and controls
Review financial, operational, and inventory records for accuracy and compliance
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Assist in monitoring implementation of audit recommendations
Perform audit testing and documentation of findings
Prepare audit reports and summaries for management review
Evaluate internal controls and suggest process improvements
Coordinate with department heads during audit activities
Conduct spot audits and inventory verification when necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of audit documents
