• Expected salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 per month

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate / TESDA NC II / TESDA NC II
• At least 1-3 years of experience in building or warehouse maintenance
• Basic troubleshooting (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC)
• Can read plans and lay-outs
• Knowledgeable in building or warehouse equipment
• Willing to work in Binondo, Manila

Job description:

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned properties which includes civil
• Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoot equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations within industrial environment
