- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Following up over due invoices.
- Lodge the invoices in customers portal
Administrative Support:
- Track and process technicians booking, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Assist with book keeping and reconcile the invoices.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and common software applications.
- Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for this remote position.
