Is currently looking for:

HR ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of applicants (paper screening, phone interviews, exam, initial interviews, scheduling interviews to department heads, background checking and processing of pre-employment requirements)
  • Coordinates and liaises with approved local recruitment agencies to fill vacancies and supply manpower requirement thru Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • Responsible for job advertisement such as online job posting and develop recruitment materials.
  • Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
  • Conduct and monitors new employee orientation training program.
  • Monitoring of employees Accountability.
  • Assist in checking DTR for weekly/monthly payroll.
  • Assisting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain the hard copies of 201 Files of all employees.
  • Keep an organized record of all related documents to Human Resource Department.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Assist on organizing company events with close coordination to the Executive Department.
  • Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the HR Manager from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.
QUALIFICATION
  • Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in human resources, industrial relations, psychology or any related course; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCY

Education and/or Experience:

  • General knowledge of HR Practices
  • Proficient computer skills – especially Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HRIS systems.
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Tagalog
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different people
  • Time management and ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills
