We are looking for a talented Document Engineer who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving document systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of all document-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop document templates and structures that meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement document management solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve document-related issues as they arise.
- Train and support staff in the use of document systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
