Regional Field Activation Lead (Visayas)

Own and drive regional commercial outcomes across the Visayas through best-in-class field execution
- Translate national strategies into impactful, localized trade and activation plans
- Lead end-to-end execution of trade marketing and consumer engagement initiatives
- Manage and inspire a team of 20, including 4 direct reports, to consistently exceed targets
- Partner closely with sales, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen in-market performance
- Champion execution excellence across coverage, visibility, and activation quality
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Utilize data and insights to optimize field programs and improve ROI
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, and capability development
- Must be based in the Visayas
- Open to working in a highly regulated industry environment
- Proven track record in field sales and trade marketing (combined experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-layered teams (minimum: 20 total headcount, 4 direct reports)
- Strong commercial acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Agile, resilient, and highly accountable leadership style
- Willing to travel extensively within the region
