MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Cebu/ Visayas TerritoryEmployment Type: Full-time.
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to manage pharmacy and clinic accounts, expand our customer base, and drive consistent sales of fast-moving pharmaceutical products.
The role requires strong field presence, relationship-building skills, and discipline in both sales and collections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned pharmacies, clinics, and medical accounts on a regular schedule.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and essential medicines.
- Open new accounts and expand customer network within assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Monitor product movement and recommend fast-moving items to clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables responsibly.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports.
- Coordinate with operations for order processing and delivery.
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and demand trends.
Qualifications:
- At least college level; a graduate of any business or medical-related course is an advantage.
- With or without experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
- Honest, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Able to handle pressure and meet sales and collection targets.

Compensation:
- Salary of 14,000 PHP to 16,000 PHP.
- Daily Working Allowance.
- Commissions are based on reaching the monthly Sales Quota and on monthly collection.
- Uniform.
Requirements:
- A compulsory valid driver’s license.
- Police Clearance ( Latest)
- Certificate of Employment if employed previously.
