Job Summary
  • In charge of operations production output ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of
  • bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties of the organization within
  • the prescribed internal and external controls, regulations and standards with management and
  • supervisory responsibility over individual members of the unit, with full knowledge and application
  • of current AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific
  • responsibilities.
How will you contribute?
  • Handling various Adjustments, Forex currency conversions, Amendments, and Refunds for Telemoney Remittances approvals.
  • Managing the Disposition of Intransit Credit Transactions related to Telemoney.
  • Providing approvals for the uploading of Shipping Payroll and establishing various Tie Ups for Telemoney.
  • Conducting PAS6 Approvals for the Trade Ops Department.
  • Authorizing the Reprocessing of ROR and ROC Transactions.
  • Overseeing and managing the Monitoring and holding of Recalls of Inward Remittances for the Settlements Department.
  • Supervising the Monitoring, Disabling, and Enabling of Instapay during system downtimes for various Banks.
  • Approving the holding of Accounts that cannot be tagged as Hot Card by Customer Care.
  • Providing approvals for PhilpassPlus Transactions.
  • Approving Bulk Uploads from GHL, Unahco, Manila Water, RioTuba, and Malayan Insurance.
  • Checking and approving Demand Draft processing for regular and bulk requests for SLOCPI and SLGFI, as well as bulk requests for Benguet Corporation.
  • Handling approvals for various WORQs requests, including Amendment of Pesonet Outward Purpose via PVS and Remaining Card Balance.
What will make you successful?
  • College degree
  • Preferably with background in Remittance, Digital Banking, People Management and MS Office (such as Excel and PPT)
  • Knowledgeable in Bank’s operations, products and services
  • BSP circulars, regulations and reports
  • Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
  • Bank’s Policies and Procedures
  • Technical Expertise and knowledge in reconciliation of electronic payments and channels
  • Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet formulas
