Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications and design.
Manage the change process.
Coordinate with the project team during the software development process.
Review or create documents related to testing when needed.
Perform ad hoc testing when needed
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-implementation review and support.
Must have:
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in the banking industry is an advantage
Proselect Management IncManila
Ability to analyze financial data and understand business processes.
Trained on Data analytics and exposure to Data driven audit (Eg: General ledger analyzer, Trade receivable analyzer)
