• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
• Performance Management
• Support performance review processes and goal-setting initiatives.
• Assist managers with performance improvement plans and development strategies.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with audits and reporting requirements.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
• Support open enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefit coverage.
• Culture & Engagement
• Support initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement.
• Organize employee events and wellness programs.
