About the role
ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in San Fernando Pampanga. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve challenging targets.This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with excellent opportunities for career advancement.
What you'll be doing- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data and provide regular reports to the sales management team
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, as well as manage and nurture existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the Sales industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using sales management tools and CRM systems
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
