Key Responsibilities:
Payroll- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and internal payroll policies.
- Handle payroll queries and coordinate with HR for changes in employee status, deductions, or benefits.
- Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in payroll and/or billing is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
