About the role:
- Our client, a pioneer of high-end medical equipment provider and servicing partner in the Philippines, is seeking aMedical Sales Executive (MSE). In this role, you are responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and end users and communicating the benefits of a company's products to drive sales. You will be the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities, including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4-year course or any related medical course.
- Minimum of1 year of relevant field sales work experience from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical industries, among others.
- Sales background from the medical device/equipment industry is an advantage, but not preferred.
- Good selling and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients and organizing sales coverage and visits.
- Present, promote, and sell medical products, equipment, and services to medical facilities and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentation and demonstrate how medical products and equipment work to doctors, nurses, other healthcare professionals, and end users.
- Constantly maintaining and building relationships with clients and healthcare institutions.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitors, and products.
- Meeting sales targets set by the company and aiming to exceed them.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and services.
- Participate in government biddings.
- Providing after-sales service, including responding to product queries and complaints.
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts and meeting outcomes.
- Working closely with medical teams and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
