Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience in office management. With Chinese and English language knowledge is a must.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and technology.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Understanding of office administration, systems, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to create a productive, organized, and positive work environment.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ERP experience required (Sage 100 preferred).
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Project Management preferred.
  • Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
