Job Description
We are looking for a Plumbing / Hydraulic / Stormwater Estimator with experience handling Australian or New Zealand projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in hydraulic/plumbing quantity take-offs, stormwater and drainage systems, BOQ preparation, and tender estimation for commercial or residential projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for:
- Plumbing Systems
- Hydraulic Services
- Stormwater & Drainage Systems
- Sewer & Water Supply Systems
- Review tender drawings, hydraulic plans, and specifications
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions
- Perform markups and variation costing
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Support project estimation and tendering workflows
- Experience in Plumbing / Hydraulic / Stormwater Estimating
- AU or NZ project experience preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Stormwater
- Sewer & Drainage
- Water Supply
- Hydraulic Services
- Plumbing Systems
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Proficient in any of the following:
- Groundplan
- PlanSwift
- Bluebeam
- CostX
- AutoCAD
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Commercial or Residential Project Experience
- Hydraulic / Plumbing QS background
- Experience with variation costing and supplier pricing
