  • Responsible for smoothly operating a company's IT infrastructure and deploying and managing code changes with operations staff to ensure systems run smoothly,
  • Responsible for understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
  • Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Organize the team structure and activities and involvement in project management activities.
  • Manage the stakeholders and external interfaces.
  • Responsible for setting up tools and required infrastructure.
  • Define and setting development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
  • Responsible for demonstrating troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs.
  • Monitor the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
  • Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.
  • Identify and deploy cyber security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Responsible for the coordination and communication within the team and with customers
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline.
  • Manage periodic reporting on the progress of the management and the customer.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • At least a College / Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Computer Applications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with DevOps role in various Industry experience, worked as Team Lead, Production Support lead, L2 Support Team member, L3 Support lead, in my previous projects.
  • Possesses deep understanding of development and operations processes and a strong technical background.
  • Understands how the platform, technology, service and business user stories are integrated.
  • Have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
  • Skilled in incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • With a demonstrated involvement in the analysis of business requirements.
  • Experienced in deliveries using Agile Methodology.
