Junior Administrative Associate (Open for Fresh Graduates) - Manila

Responsibilities:

• Account and billing management and reconciliation
• Applications & Disconnection of Telco Lines for HO, CSC sites, and stores
• Coordination with accounting, vendors of all Billing concerns
• Application, renewal and/or upgrade, termination/disconnection, and change of ownership of mobile lines under Corporate Account
• Aging report monitoring
• Troubleshoot end user mobile problems such as hardware and software configurations, applications, and the likes
• Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention to telecommunication providers
• Evaluation of company issued mobile hardware and software
• Monitors trouble ticket
• Prepares summary of activity reports
• Coordinates employee clearance related to assigned telco/mobile accounts

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
