In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of our construction projects, leveraging your strong mechanical engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems on construction sites
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any mechanical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative mechanical engineering solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and train junior engineers to support their professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical systems and projects
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, quotation and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
