As part of this, we are looking for a Senior Visual Merchandising and Creatives Associate to support the development of impactful visual content and strengthen brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, fashion, and visual storytelling who can translate creative concepts into compelling brand materials across digital and retail platforms.

About the Role

This role sits under the Marketing – VM/Creatives Division, responsible for the development of creative materials, campaign guidelines, and brand content across both online and offline platforms.

The Senior VM and Creatives Associate supports the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams by creating visually engaging and brand-aligned materials that strengthen communication, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.
  • Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • With 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing, or content creation (preferably in retail or consumer-focused industry).
  • Strong background in 2D creative design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SketchUp.
  • Must present a strong and diverse portfolio (portfolio submission required).
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing, content strategy, and design across digital and print platforms.
  • Exposure to retail marketing; experience with international or premium brands is an advantage.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and overall visual aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail trends (local and global).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in copywriting and visual storytelling is a plus.
  • Proficient in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Acrobat.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Design Execution
  • Conceptualize and develop high-impact visual content for marketing campaigns, promotions, in-store materials, and digital platforms.
  • Design creative assets such as posters, banners, social media graphics, brochures, lookbooks, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain strong visual consistency across channels.
Campaign & Content Support
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual executions.
  • Support content creation for digital platforms including emailers, website assets, social media content, and digital advertisements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to contribute fresh ideas and strengthen campaign outcomes.
Trend Research & Brand Alignment
  • Stay updated on creative, fashion, and retail trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into visual storytelling.
  • Contribute to the development and consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
Production & Project Management
  • Assist in photoshoots, content styling, editing, and product-related creative requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare final artworks for print and digital deployment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper formatting.
  • Provide creative support for presentations, internal communications, and ad hoc design requests
