Finance Management Trainee

The Management Trainee – Finance role is designed for early‑career finance professionals who want to develop strong foundations in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering. The trainee will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to core finance activities that support business decision-making and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and data validation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Help analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

• Assist in cost analysis, profitability analysis, and performance tracking.
• Support finance-related projects and initiatives (e.g., process improvements, system enhancements).
• Work closely with Operations and other departments to support financial decision-making.

• Complete a structured Management Trainee development program.
• Build knowledge in finance processes, controls, and business fundamentals.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and readiness for increased responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Accountancy
• Finance
• Management Accounting
• Business Administration
• Economics
• or related courses

• At least 2 years of actual work experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related roles.

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
