The Property Custodian - shall be responsible for safekeeping of construction materials, equipment and supplies. Prepares for inventories and reports. Manages and coordinates all disciplines (structural, architectural finishes and MEPF) of the project from construction phase to post construction phase.

• Manage the request of materials, tools and equipment from authorized representative of each discipline.
• Report stolen or stealing to the management in a timely manner.
• Securing materials and tools to avoid negligence which could result in responsibility for lost/stolen assets
• Responsible for engineering disciplines to complete a project
• Monitors of compliance and quality of works of contractors and sub-contractors according to standards and policies

• Proficient in inventory, handling permits, office management, and property management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office Suit and data management operations.
