Job Description:- Assists the Factory Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing facility.
- Leading and managing teams, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the factory.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, implementing solutions, and monitoring their effectiveness.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:- Can speak and write English and Malaysian Language
- Ten (10) or more years’ work experience as Deputy Factory Manager
