We are seeking a talented Drive Test Engineer (DTE) to join our dynamic team at SVR Technologies Philippines Inc. As a Drive Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and performance of our advanced telecommunications systems.Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, where your expertise in electrical and electronic engineering will be highly valued.
What you'll be doing- Conduct comprehensive drive tests to evaluate the coverage, quality, and performance of our wireless network infrastructure
- Analyse drive test data and generate detailed reports to identify areas for network optimisation and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement innovative testing methodologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the drive testing process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our testing capabilities
- Provide technical support and training to field personnel on the proper use of drive test equipment and techniques
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply in a drive test engineer role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proficient in the use of drive test equipment and software, such as Nemo Outdoor, TEMS, or CellNetix
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to learn and grow
