QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- With at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Training Management, specifically within restaurant and hospitality industry.
- With deep understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen workflows, guest service excellence, and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital training platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Excellent leadership & management skills, instructional design and training facilitation.
JOB SUMMARY
The Training Head is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all training and development programs across the Gerry’s system. This role ensures that front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, as well as management teams, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high quality standards, and adhere to all food safety and operational regulations.The ultimate goal is to drive operational excellence, improve employee retention and support business growth.
