About the role
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components using various welding techniques.This is a full-time role based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding method and materials required
- Perform metal joining and fabrication using various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Assemble and align components according to specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- At least 3 years of experience as a Welder in the trades and services industry
- Strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Certification in welding or relevant trade qualification is preferred
