Social Media and Creative Coordinator (Hybrid Work & Quarterly Bonus)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Social Media & Creative Coordinator will report to our Social Media Manager and support tasks related to our social media programs. The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of social media, from content creation, paid social advertisements, reporting, and social community engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, curate, and schedule social media posts for several social media accounts.
  • Write authentic and grammatically correct short-form social media copy unique to each brand and post.
  • Create and design social media assets (videos, photos, etc) tailored for each platform
  • Actively monitor social media posts and respond to comments, including escalating customer concerns with our service team.
  • Support social media reporting activities by exporting and formatting data from Sprout and sending weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support social media co-op program content coordination and Facebook ad manager ad creation as directed.
  • Support planning and execution of social media campaigns for onsite promotions, events, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with creative team members for the creation of photo and video assets.
  • Assist in brainstorming new ideas for social content.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work US hours (EST time zone) is required.
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
  • Direct experience using design and video editing software (Adobe Suite, CANVA, Cap Cut, etc).
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Experience creating ads in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to think creatively and with an interest in branding and brand development, including photography and videography.
  • Ability to partner well with others and work as a team, as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Desire to learn new software and skills.

This role would also be eligible for a quarterly bonus, dependent on performance and completion of quarterly objectives.

This role would be fully onsite with the potential for hybrid work following 60 days of employment, and dependent on performance.
