Job Summary
FusionCX is looking for Korean-speaking professionals to join our Healthcare team. In this role, you will support members of a US healthcare insurance provider by assisting with claims, benefits, eligibility, and coverage inquiries. If you're fluent in Korean and can communicate confidently in conversational English, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound inquiries from Korean-speaking healthcare insurance members.
- Explain insurance benefits, coverage, eligibility, and claims status in a clear and professional manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
- Resolve member concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Adhere to healthcare privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
- Fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
- Conversational English communication skills.
- At least a high school graduate.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
