What you'll be doing
  • Managing general office administration tasks including filing, record-keeping, and document organisation
  • Answering and directing telephone calls, managing correspondence, and responding to routine enquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for staff members
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Preparing and filing reports, memos, and other office documentation
  • Supporting the coordination of office events and meetings
  • Assisting with data entry and database maintenance
  • Providing general clerical support to various departments as needed
  • Ensuring office facilities are organised, clean, and conducive to productivity
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; some college education is advantageous
  • Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
  • Professional demeanour and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Basic data entry skills and familiarity with office management systems is preferred
