Account Officer - Real Estate Mortgage Sales

The Real Estate Mortgage Sales Officer is responsible for generating home loan and mortgage business through accredited brokers, real estate agents, developers, and referral partners. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, sales target achievement, and ensuring smooth loan application processing from endorsement to booking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, developers, and referral partners.
• Generate qualified mortgage loan applications and meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular broker visits, presentations, and business development activities.
• Assist clients in understanding mortgage products, loan requirements, interest rates, and application procedures.
• Evaluate initial client eligibility and completeness of loan documents before endorsement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams to facilitate loan processing and approvals.
• Monitor application status and provide timely updates to brokers and clients.
• Resolve client or broker concerns related to loan processing and booking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and documentation standards.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline monitoring, and market feedback reports.
• Participate in marketing events, property expos, and networking activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in mortgage sales, banking sales, real estate sales, or broker management.
• Strong network in the real estate and broker industry is an advantage.
