Sales Associate for Printing Company (Field and Office work)

The Head Office and Showroom is conveniently located in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. We provide digital and traditional printing services to our clients across Visayas and Mindanao.

Summary of Role

The Sales Associate is responsible for genrating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets aligned with company goals.

• Identify and engage new prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Participate in trade events and campaigns as needed
• Coordinate with production and admin teams to ensure accurate job fulfillment

• At least 2 years experience with commissioned sales, field sales, or related fields
• Record of achieving quotas
• Self-motivated energy, Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive product and service training
• Excellent organization skills

• A valid driver’s license
